The brief
A sales rep's day happens in bars, not behind a desk. The job: one place for everything a visit needs, from putting a new venue on the map to proving that the event worked, quick enough to use on a phone between two appointments.
What we built
A web app the whole on-trade team logs into once. Reps add venues straight from the map search, put them on brand campaigns, run the numbers with the owner and order trial kits on the spot. Managers see every venue, campaign and event report in one place, and a venue put on a campaign here turns up as a partner bar in the brand's consumer campaign.
A visit, start to finish
- Search the bar by name. The hub fetches the address and the map pin, and turns down duplicates.
- Drag a campaign onto the venue's timeline, with a start and an end date. One venue can run several brands' campaigns side by side.
- Open the Spritz calculator with the owner: today's price, the new price, the weekly sales. The hub shows the margin per drink and how many extra Spritz pay for a lower price.
- Plan the promo material. Pick deck chairs, glasses or a flag, and the POSM calculator says how many cartons the venue orders with them.
- Order a trial kit for the next event. Contact, delivery date, done. The order goes out by email the moment it is sent.
- After the event, a short survey: free Spritz poured, extra Spritz sold, guests, and photos of the set-up.
What runs by itself
- Two working days after a trial kit's delivery date, the rep gets one reminder if the event survey is still missing.
- A lead for a new brand bar lands in the right inboxes as soon as a rep sends it: eleven scouting questions and a potential score from 1 to 5.
- Every role sees what it needs. Reps their own venues, managers the whole team, admins the subscriptions.
- Campaign performance and trial kit orders export to Excel or CSV in one click.
Why a beverage brand wants this
- 01 Your field team stops juggling tools. One login, on the phone, right at the bar.
- 02 The sales talk comes with numbers. The owner sees the margin per Spritz, not just a brochure.
- 03 Every visit leaves clean data behind: which venue, which campaign, what the event poured.
