Project overview
The brief
Most guests decide which bar to go to before they leave the house. They Google, they scroll Maps, they read three reviews. If your listing is wrong, dated, or empty, you've already lost.
What we built
A free toolkit that lets a bar fix its presence on Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Apple Maps, Yelp and 45+ other directories from one screen. Update once, it shows up everywhere. Duplicates get cleaned up automatically. Old wrong addresses quietly die.
What the venue manages
- Address, hours, phone, website, socials. One place, every directory.
- Photos and videos, including ready-made drink visuals ("Aperitif Spritz", "Classic Spritz", "Zero-Proof Spritz") that bars can drop straight into their listing.
- Reviews from every platform land in one inbox. Reply once, it goes back to the right place.
- Optional: plan and publish social posts from the same place.
What the brand controls
- Push branded visuals to clusters of venues. Italian bars get "Aperitif Spritz", classic cocktail bars get "Negroni night", you decide.
- Schedule seasonal or regional drops. "Spritz Summer" goes live on June 1st across the south, then again in the north two weeks later.
- Analytics by region and cuisine. You see which visuals drive the clicks, which don't, and where.
Why the two dashboards work together
Drink choice often happens before the guest sits down. Putting a beautiful Spritz photo in the search result is a soft pitch with very high reach.
- The bar gets a clean, accurate, professional presence on every relevant platform, for free, with someone actively cleaning up wrong listings on their behalf.
- The brand gets a quiet, branded presence across hundreds of venues, plus live data on what's working.
See it work
Update once. Fifty platforms follow.
The venue changes its Saturday hours in one place. Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Apple Maps, Yelp and 45 more directories pick it up.
Why a brand wants this
- 01 You catch guests at the discovery moment, not after they already sat down with somebody else's brand in their hand.
- 02 Bars and restaurants get a real, free tool that fixes a real headache for them. That's a much better trade relationship than a poster.
- 03 Seasonal campaigns and regional pushes go live across hundreds of locations the moment you press a button.
- 04 Every fixed-up listing makes the brand a little easier to find. The SEO compounds quietly over time.
- 05 You see which images and menus actually pull guests in, in real time, instead of waiting for a quarterly report.
