Mandatory consumer protection provisions at the consumer's habitual place of residence remain unaffected.

Consumers may bring claims before the courts available to them under mandatory consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for business customers is the registered office of Triwer Ltd.

9. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
