The brief

Most guests check out a bar online before they walk in. Most independent bars don't have a website worth checking out. The brand wanted to fix that for thousands of partner venues at once, without sending an agency to each of them.

What we built

A chat-driven tool that turns a short conversation into a live, on-brand website for the venue. Free to use, no code involved. Owners keep editing the site by just talking to it: "Change Saturday hours to 5 pm to 11 pm" or "Add a Valentine's cocktail at €7.50" and the site updates while they're still typing.

What the venue gives the bot

  • Name, location, opening hours.
  • Cuisine, a few photos, and the menu (PDF or image works fine).
  • Social links and signature drinks (Spritz variations, classics, zero-proof options).
  • Aperitif prices and the vibe they want: modern, classic, minimal or loud.

What the bot ships back

  • A live site at venue-name.brand-local.com
  • A branded aperitif menu, both on the page and as a printable PDF.
  • A gallery that mixes the venue's photos with on-brand drink visuals.
  • Google Maps embedded, plus an optional live social feed.
  • A downloads section with menus, posters and POS artwork ready to print.

What the brand controls centrally

The brand sits in a Super Admin dashboard above the whole network. From there:

  • Push a campaign visual to all sites, or just to the 500+ Italian venues, or just to bars in coastal cities. One click.
  • Filter venues by cuisine, region or aesthetic when you want to be picky about who sees what.
  • Swap seasonal artwork everywhere at once. Summer goes up on Monday, autumn on the first cold week.
  • See who's adopting what, where clicks are coming from, and which assets actually move guests.

Why a brand wants this

  • 01 You become the default partner for the venue's online presence. Once a bar's website lives on your stack, it tends to stay there.
  • 02 Your visuals show up, in context, on hundreds of independent venue sites. Not as ads. As part of the bar.
  • 03 You own the first digital touchpoint. When guests Google a bar, your signature drinks are the first thing they see.
  • 04 Every new venue site adds to the brand's organic search footprint. The whole network gets stronger with every signup.
  • 05 Holiday or seasonal campaigns ship across the entire network the moment you press a button.
  • 06 You see which visuals, menus and features actually move people, and you can act on it next week, not next quarter.
